Superb stay in the heart of Picton! The family apartment was spacious, and the staff were incredibly warm. Enjoyed meals right across the street with reliable Wi-Fi connecting us to everything. Don't miss the nearby Interislander terminal for smooth ferry access! Bring a smaller vehicle for easier parking.

The reception staff was unhelpful, displaying a curt attitude when I inquired about a ground floor room due to my recovery from hip surgery. Climbing up the stairs with heavy bags was a challenge, especially since there was a significant step to access the shower cabin, which was difficult for me. The rooms felt sad and outdated, with dusty utensils and furniture that seemed neglected.

the shower had a huge step up which was a bit funny. loved the central location, easy to walk everywhere! ! staff were super polite and really helpful. the room was big and well-equipped.
